Our director, Peter initially started at the firm when it was JKA in 1991 where he gained his early experience at the age of 21, before progressing to spending 16 years as a partner at a much larger firm. With this important experience in hand, Peter returned in 2017 to purchase the practice, and become the sole owner. Since this time, Peter and the team have been motivated to become a more dynamic, client-facing, forward planning business, and in doing so, have evolved into Malanos + Co what it stands for today.
Peter Malanos CPA - Director
Having over 30 years’ experience in public practice, Peter brings with him a wealth of experience in taxation, business advisory, complex CGT matters and structuring. He spent 14 years as Principal and shareholder of a large successful Brisbane accounting firm then branch out, moved closer to home and establish Malanos & Co. He has brought with him big firm experience to a small but reputable firm.
Peter believes "in listening to client’s wants and needs then formulating practical easy to understand solutions and advice. I am not afraid to offer an opinion or advice and will always consider a client’s overall position. Our long standing loyal client base is a testament to our hard working team."
Robyn Ince CPA - Manager
Robyn is second in command to Peter and has been working with the firm for over 14 years. She is a qualified accountant and has completed her CPA. Robyn has worked with small business for over 30 years and excels in providing advice and strategies for the overall structure and day to day operation of business. Robyn enjoys working with clients on a personal level and taking a genuine interest in their business needs.
Her special interest in Self Managed Superannuation has helped many clients take control of their own super. She enjoys working with and mentoring the Malanos & Co team to provide clients with our unique friendly approach.
Tracey Brinkley BCom - Accountant
Tracey has been working with JKA Accounting Solutions for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting. Tracey has over 20 years experience in the industry, focusing on accounting and taxation matters for small business entities, companies, trusts and individuals.

Palvi Bansal MPA ASA (CPA Associate member) - Accountant
Palvi has a Master of Professional Accountant degree, majoring in accounting. Palvi has over 8 years’ experience in this industry, assisting small business in all matters of taxation matters and assisting team members in identifying opportunities for client to improve their reporting systems.
Nafeeza Hak - Client Services Manager
When contacting Malanos & Co, Nafeeza is the first person to welcome you. Nafeeza has been with our firm for over 10 years and her role includes meeting and greeting our clients, as well as providing and administrative and client support to the entire team.
